Lost Ark Korean classes haven’t arrived in the West

The 15 advanced classes in Lost Ark’s Western distribution through Amazon and Smilegate RPG are each categorized by a few different base class archetypes. That should keep players occupied for a considerable time because more classes are already available than in most action RPGs or MMORPGs at launch. Other courses might be added in the future.

Several classes that weren’t included in the game’s Western edition have since been added to Lost Ark, which had its South Korean release in 2019. Given that Lost Ark is a game that encourages the use of alternate characters, having so many class options makes perfect sense for Smilegate RPG’s MMO. Most of your progress on your primary personality will carry over to a new character thanks to the game’s several account-wide mechanisms, including the Adventurer’s Tome, collectibles, and roster level. The new Power pass system, which enables players to enhance additional characters rapidly, makes it even simpler to check out a recently launched class and discover all the excitement.

The classes currently available in the Korean version of Lost Ark that might make their way to the West in the future are listed below. However, Amazon has yet to provide any official information regarding when new classes will be added to the Western version of Lost Ark (apart from stating that the Summoner class will be coming later).

Warriors of the Destroyer class

The Destroyer is a male-only Warrior class that uses a gigantic two-handed weapon, but instead of a sword as the Berserker does, it’s a giant hammer. Despite their slowness, they make up for it with their powerful hits and strong defense.

Martial Arts Lance Master Class

The Lance Master is a female martial artist that alternates between spear and halberd attacks to deal powerful, AOE-focused DPS to targets at greater distances than most melee classes. They can even juggle enemies in the air thanks to their skills.

Gunslinger Scouter Class

The Scouter is one of the more advanced classes in Lost Ark, employing a variety of weaponry and technology to eliminate enemies. A giant mech and an Awakening power that summons an aerial bombardment are included in that arsenal.

Mage Class Summoner

Funny enough, the newer Sorceress was substituted for the Summoner just a few months before the Western release of Lost Ark. (which was only released in the Korean version in August of 2021). The Summoner, as the name suggests, calls forth various supernatural beings to assist her in combat.

Mage Class – Arcana

Arcana, a magic user who wields cards, is one of the more distinctive classes in Lost Ark. Players of arcana draw cards from a deck, and each card has a unique magical effect that can do anything from massive damage to encircling an opponent. This course might be worth paying attention to if you’re a fan of Gambit from the X-Men.

Assassin Class: Reaper

The Reaper, who carries two daggers and prefers to do damage from behind with lightning-fast blows, is essentially the rogue from Lost Ark. They have exceptional mobility, the ability to turn invisible and disappear into thin air like all good rogues.

Specialist in the Arts

Along with the Bard and Paladin, Artist is a support class that is part of the base class of the yet-to-be-released in the West Specialist. Artists boost teammates with various perks and use a large paintbrush for ink-based attacks.

the Specialist Class Aeromancer

The Aeromancer is a wind-focused DPS that uses an umbrella to control the weather and annihilate enemies. This Specialist doesn’t quite fit into any other base class. This class has only been teased and hasn’t even been released in Korea yet, so little is known about it, but it seems likely that it will eventually arrive in the West.
